Team and Other Group help part 2

I had another call with Raf in which I helped him with importing his blender models into Unity. I also gave some quick pointers into improving the anatomy of the monster character he is currently working on.

This was a short call as its a simple process that I felt he picked up pretty well with the call lasting 23 minutes.

My next call was with Kai who hadn't come to me for help before though I offered it as it seemed he was struggling. We quickly went through what was wrong in his retopology and how it can be fixed. The issues weren't hard to fix though it was just important that I tried my best to make sure why these changes needed to be made to him.

Overall It was a short call as the problem wasn't to bad and hopefully he will be able to use what I taught him to work on all the other tree assets. The call came to 15 minutes.

The last notable call I had was with raf where we just went through the texturing process of his creature though I felt like by this stage he very much understood the software and It was mostly a case of just giving some design pointers.

this call came to 30 mins. It felt really good to see his massive improvement in character creation and knowing I had a part in helping him improve made taken on the head of 3d role worthwhile.
